Kuzmanoski was born in 1939 in Tetovo, Macedonia. He has graduated School of Applied Art in Skopje. He also graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade, majoring in painting. He has participated in over 30 international art colonies, and until now has edited 40 solo art exhibitions at home and abroad. Participated in over 250 collective art exhibitions at home and abroad. He is a winner of the award ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2014 on the annual event OSTEN's ARTISTS OF THE YEAR.
