UNEXPECTED DIALOGUE | REMBRANDT & JANKULOVSKI

From February 24, 2022 to February 24, 2023 the project "Unexpected Dialogue - Rembrandt and Jankulovski" will take place in the Gallery OSTEN .
The project "Unexpected Dialogue" is an upgrade of the already established cooperation between OSTEN ART Skopje and SAVU (World Association of Visual Arts), and consists of an exhibition of works by an award-winning artist by SAVU with 1 work by an artist whose name the award bears. Within the OSTEN BIENNIAL of drawing 2020 Skopje, the artist MICKO (Mice Jankulovski) was the winner of the REMBRANT Award for Excellence in Art by SAVU for 2020, hence the name of the project "Unexpected Dialogue - Rembrandt".

Within the project, an exhibition of 1 work by Rembrandt will be set, the graphic "Portrait of Jan Asselin", 1647 (graphic 1/6, 18.7 x 17.4 cm., - printed in six copies in two variants, one with easel, and the other with all the indication of the removed easel) and 2 pieces by Jankulovski from the polyptych "Form A" 2019 (16 acrylic paintings on canvas, 195 x 195 cm., 48.75 x 48.75 cm / each).
