Artists of 18+ can participate in the Biennial regardless of their age, gender, geographic origin, or technique/media in which they work. The following types of visual arts are welcomed: painting, drawing, printmaking, objects, installations, photography, video-art, multimedia art... because we consider the IDEA primary, and the performance means of expression.
However, we highly appreciate Salvador Dali's opinion that "Drawing is the honesty in art"...

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION: INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION and GROUP PARTICIPATION (up to 7 artists)

SELECTION AND JURY PROCESS:
A selector chosen by the Organizer makes a list of selected artists, and from them proposes a list of finalists. The finalists, with all the submitted works, are presented before the three-member international jury, which decides which works from the finalists will be exhibited at the Biennial's official exhibition, as well as for the jury awards.
