The Maintenance of this traditional event in the area of  cartoon is simply just another confirmation of the dependance of the cartoon in this spaces, as an indispensable need for critics and mockery of all of the negative things, that do not reach life, no matter from which side they come from.
 
The cartoonist MIROSLAV GEORGIEVSKI - MIRO has been selected as CARTOONIST OF THE YEAR for 2011.
